How to Use the Conversion Tool
What does this tool do?
When the new forums were introduced at CSFBL, the ability to copy and paste the HTML tables from the CSFBL site into the forums was lost since the new forums do not allow HTML in their posts. The alternative is a special type of code that is acceptable to the forums. However, it would be rather cumbersome if one were to try and type these tables by hand. This tool converts the html tables into the format required for posting in the forums.
How do I use it?
Step 1: On the CSFBL site, navigate to the appropriate page for the date you want to convert.
Step 2: Copy the full URL from your browser's navigation window and paste it in the conversion tool form. Press Submit.
Step 3: When the results are displayed, highlight all of them and press CTRL-C (Windows) or Command-C (Mac) to copy all of the highlighted results.
Step 4: In the forums create your new post.
Step 5: Paste the data from the conversion tool in the new post. You can use CTRL-V (Windows) or Command-V (Mac) to paste the data.
The ability of the conversion tools to pull the results is completely dependant upon the cooperation of the CSFBL site. At certain times, when the CSFBL site is slow, the tool will not work.
